White Corn
our white sweet corn is our most popular seasonal product, available summer - fall.
Our highly anticipated sweet corn is a summer favorite! The kernels are a creamy white color, rather than the more common yellow or bicolor corn. It has a tender texture, and sweet, mild flavor, often described as less “corny” tasting than yellow varieties.
Our corn is hand-picked and transported to our cooling facility, where it is vacuum-cooled. Ice is then injected into the cartons to maintain the temperature and provide the moisture necessary to keep the product at peak freshness.

Temperature: Keep refrigerated at 34° to 36° Fahrenheit.
Relative Humidity: Maintain 90 to 95% relative humidity.
Shelf Life: 7 to 10 days. Top ice OK.
