Celery Juice Cocktail

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS

2 oz gin
1 oz Lillet Blanc
2 oz fresh celery juice
1/2 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
small celery stalk with leaves (for garnish)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a Collins glass and garnish with fresh celery.
