Juicy Burger Two Ways
Option 1:
No real recipe for this one, since burgers have so many options for preparation, toppings, etc. We love a grass-fed and finished ground beef cooked medium rare, with heirloom tomatoes, fresh or pickled red onions, and melted cheese on a bed of crisp Supreme Leaf Lettuce.

Alternatively, for a low-carb option, ditch the bun and use Iceberg Babies instead!
